Located on a leafy residential street this apartment is whisper quiet while being just 400m from Kings Cross Train Station, and all of the city conveniences of Potts Point and Darlinghurst. Having lived in this cosy apartment for several years, I have curated a calming space to maximise functionality!

★ Just a 20 minute drive or uber ride from the airport
★ Alternatively 30 minute train ride from the airport
★ Unfortunately no off-street parking is available however 1 hour free street parking is in front of the apartment. There are also paid parking stations (Secure Parking – Kings Cross) within close proximity. If you need parking during your stay please get in contact and we can advise further about free street parking options within 800m walk.

Darlinghurst is a hip and happening suburb just 15 minutes walk from the Sydney CBD.
Within 5-7 min short easy flat-terrain walk you’ll find:
★ 3 major supermarkets
★ Countless top Sydney restaurants in Potts Point for whatever cuisine you might fancy!
★ Sydney’s best nightlife – a mix of eclectic wine bars, pubs and Clubs. All within view of the famous Kings Cross Coca Cola sign.
★ Coffee fanatic? Some of Sydney’s best coffee shops are within walking distance including PRIMARY, Fable, Room10 to name just a few
★ Beautiful harbour views at Rushcutters Bay Park and lots of green park space (including Tennis courts, free outdoor exercise park)

★ Public Transport – 400m walk from Kings Cross Station, many major bus routes within walking distance so that you can travel to anywhere within Sydney
★ Walking is recommended – to soak in the beautiful suburb but also to avoid the traffic!

Darlinghurst is filled with charming old Art Deco buildings built in the early 1900s. This is one of them!
While this 1 bedder is modernised with all the creature comfort, the apartment is only accessible via one flight of stairs within an older Art Deco building – just part of the charm of staying in one of Sydney’s oldest suburbs! 🙂
