I took care of all the details of my place. It is equipped with all you need and even more. With a sunny backyard with BBQ to chill out during the day and
warm lights during the evening to invite you for a cozy warm night.

There are all kitchen appliances required, making for a relaxed and practical stay.

This apartment provides both vacationers and business visitors with the perfect alternative to a hotel, better than you will feel like you are at HOME. It’s bright, sunny, beautiful, sparkling clean and fits perfectly 6 guests with the possibility to fit 3 extra people to sleep on the sofa bed (become a king single bed).

The backyard is private yours and the driveway on the side of the building can fit up to 3 huge cars or 4 medium size cars. We solve the parking issue in Bondi for you.

Wake up and roll out of bed for a swim, then grab breakfast and coffee. Going for a walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte along the coastal walk.

Bondi Beach – is located a 3-minute walk.
Tamarama Beach – is located a 22-minute walk.
Bronte Beach – is located 30 minutes walk.

Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards all year round.

You can do the famous Bondi to the Coogee coast. This walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the return journey. The walk does continue past Coogee to Maroubra for those who may want a longer walk.
Also, you have a coastal walk view through our balcony and terrace.

You are exactly less than 2 minutes from the main street of Bondi called Campbell Parade(beach st) which is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Also, 5 minutes far away from Hall St, the most commercial st in Bondi.

✔ Kindly Note

This apartment is in a very quiet residential building. This is not the place for you if you’re planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. Quite times from 8 pm to 7 am Monday to Saturday. 8 pm to 8 am Sundays.

You will have access to the whole apartment, as well to your private backyard.

2 sets of keys can be provided at the check-in (lockbox).

In the event that a set of keys is lost, there is a A$50.00 fee payable to replace it.

The bus stop (333) – It´s a short walk (2 minutes) to Campbell Parade for buses to the city.
