Welcome to our amazing city pad! Located just a 2 minute walk from Central Station, across the road from Spice Alley (Sydney’s hip meeting place with loads of Asian street foods!), grocery stores, chocolate eateries and much more are all within walking distance! Our fully renovated apartment features air conditioning, kitchen & laundry facilities, an incredible balcony with city views and an abundance of sun during the day. Also included is an Ultra HDTV, fast internet access and a secure car space located within the apartment building. The recently renovated huge balcony has barbecue facilities, an outdoor dining table and a lounging area. Step out of the apartment and explore the nearby universities- UTS, Sydney Uni and Notre Dame- or the nearby city attractions. Go shopping in Central Park Shopping Centre, or find your sweet-tooth in the Max Brenner Chocolate House! Enjoy some local favorite places- a steak house, Koi Desert bar and Beer Barrel Beer Station. And easily get around the city with walking distance to the train, lightrail, buses, Uber/Taxi and car rentals all nearby. *Sofa Bed*

We will assume you only require ONE BED unless you have booked for three or more guests or you have informed us via the AirBnB messaging system. If you are only two people staying and need the Sofa Bed made up you must message us 48hrs PRIOR to your arrival so we can hire the additional linen & let our cleaners know so they can have it set up for your arrival. Please note: If you are only two people staying and require this it will be at an extra charge of $110 and will need to be sent prior to your check in. If you are 3-4 people this will already be factored in to your total reservation cost.

*The apartment building has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. The state government has introduced strict on the spot fines for short term rentals. Any fine will be passed on to the guest. In order to ensure guests comply with noise and party requirements we have installed a noise monitor. Only guests approved by us are allowed in the apartment. If we receive a noise complaint we will have you removed from the property, your reservation cancelled and no refund will be offered. *

Once you are all settled if you have any issues with the apartment we please ask that you to let us know ASAP so we have the opportunity to fix the issue as we want to ensure you have a lovely stay. We understand that even a minor issue can impact the positivity of your stay so please do not hesitate to let us know.

If you are bringing a vehicle your car spot is located securely in the basement of the building. The maximum vehicle height is 2.1m. You will have a remote to the garage doors to gain access.

For access to the city simply walk a few minutes north and you are at Central Station and George St. Sydney’s new Asian Street food Spice Alley is across the road as well as one of the top rating Sydney steak houses LG meats.

Cinemas are located at Central Park shopping centre, Woolworths supermarket, chemist, Max Brenner chocolate house, Waffle House and loads more.

Chinatown and Darling harbour are also a short walk or catch the light rail to Darling Harbour, the ICC and The Star casino. Sydney Wildlife park and Aquarium in close by as well.

Catch a train from Central Station and you can be at the harbour in less than 8 minutes.

We love Spice Alley with its Asian street food and indulge your senses with innovative deserts from Koi Desert bar. A short stroll to Central Station and Chinatown. Capital theatre is a 7 min walk and Darling harbour 10 minute walk. The light rail will also take you to Darling harbour as well as The Star casino and the ICC.

There is a Woolworths supermarket located in the Central Park shopping centre about 400 metres (5 min walk) from the apartment. If you need something quick there is a petrol station 40 metres away or the Sunrise mini market is north on Regent St about 100 metres away. It has great coffee and a good range of groceries.

Across the road on Regent St you can pop into the Beer Barrel Beer Station. Speak to our friend Roman and buy some locally brewed Aussie beer, freshly brewed on the premises. You can’t drink it on his premises but you can take it back to the apartment and enjoy it. Open till 9pm weeknights.

By car you can head north, south east or west of the city quickly. Buses and trains are a 2 minute walk away. Uber’s and taxis are everywhere. GoGet cars can be hired by the hour across the road.
